7. Can I return or exchange a product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on consumable or personal-care products once they have been opened or used. This includes teas, powders, Firmé, Tightening Ritual, aphrodisiacs, fragrance oils, shea butter, and all wellness items. Unopened and sealed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
